Customized, OEM, private label, special-size, special-finish, or made-to-order products are generally non-refundable once production has started.

Our standard delivery time is minimum 30 days after order confirmation, payment confirmation, and final approval of product specifications.

Import duties, customs charges, taxes, and local clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Product images, specifications, sizes, catalogue details, and descriptions shown on the website are for reference and information purposes.

Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects confirmed after inspection by PRIME Surgical International.

Warranty does not cover misuse, improper sterilization, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, incorrect handling, chemical damage, unauthorized modification, or damage caused during transport or storage.

Returns are accepted only after written approval from PRIME Surgical International. Claims must include order details, photos or videos, and supporting evidence.

OEM, private label, custom logo, custom packaging, and special specifications are produced after buyer approval.

Our quality assurance process includes material inspection, dimensional checking, finishing control, functional testing, polishing review, packaging inspection, and export documentation support.
